Brent Best

I know I've been posting a lot of Slobberbone stuff lately but I've been cleaning and happened upon a few discs that have been missing for awhile. I made a few minor edits to the blog. I hid the navigation bar so if you need to use it for any reason you can click "show/hide navagation" in the top right corner. I'll be on vacation for the rest of the week, but I might pop in if I have anything to say. Till then...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small small world...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small small world...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small small world...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...it's a small small world...it's a small world after all...it's a small world after all...

More Slobberbone! Any and all that you have or can possibly get!

These are some amazing songs... Beautifully complex... sophisticatedly subtle... totally addictive and fun. And they have really helped to motivate and energize me... I wake up, play a few Slobberbone tracks, and it gets me goin' better than any amount of coffee.

Gnomead, you're a life saver!!!!!!!!!11111!

'Trust Jesus' could be one of the best songs EVAR -- if you're someone who is really into Jesus, or graffiti, or direct action, or extremely fun folksy music. It's an American countercultural anthem that crosses ideological boundaries, like Johnny Cash's 'Man In Black'... only more up-tempo and catchy. :-D

If these guys don't become totally HUGE then there's definitely something very wrong with our society. :-.

They broke up :( but Brent Best has a new band called The Drams that includes all but one member of Slobberbone. Support them and spread the word so they don't go unnoticed.

and...

In Stephen King's novel "Black House" he refers to the song Gimme Back My Dog, (from the album Everything You Thought Was Right Was Wrong Today) "Every five years or so, another great rock 'n' roll song comes break-dancing out of the woodwork," says the Wisconsin Rat, one of the novel's principle characters; "This is a great rock 'n' roll song."

I agree Steve. :-D
